DiRuggiero offers thoughts on the difference between a Good PA and a Great PA noting that lifelong education is the key. “If you got into this profession and you are not a lifelong learner, you are in the wrong profession,” he said, adding that interacting with patients and learning through experience will make you a Good PA, but reading the journals, studying, going conferences, and listening to a variety of informative professionals will make you a Great PA.
