Skin Cancer in the Immunosuppressed Patient

Anyone with a suppressed immune system including solid organ or bone marrow transplant patients, leukemia/lymphoma patients, and HIV/AIDs patients are at increased risk for skin cancer. Skin cancer in these patients tends to be more aggressive and result in increased morbidity and mortality. In this podcast, Cynthia Griffith will discuss specific risk factors, rates of disease, treatment options, and screening recommendations for this vulnerable population.
