The SDPA has a proven track record of drawing esteemed educators to instruct DermPAs during its conferences. In this podcast, captured during the SDPA’s fall conference in Nashville, Tennessee, in October 2024, Dr. Lisa Swanson, a pediatric dermatologist, and Douglas DiRuggiero, a distinguished expert in education and healthcare as a DMSc, MHS, PA-C, joined Cynthia Griffith, MPAS, PA-C, the Editor in Chief of JDPA, on stage. Together, they addressed audience-generated inquiries spanning various facets of pediatric dermatology related to real world experiences in the clinic. Their discussion encompassed topics such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and a spectrum of other disease states and their corresponding treatments.
