The podcast focuses on the pathophysiology, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of two of the most common disorders that present to dermatology
practitioners: acne and rosacea. Hilary Baldwin, MD, Acne Treatment and Research Center, focuses on the basics of both diseases, including the psychosocial aspects of these highly visible conditions. Dr. Baldwin also discusses treatment options in relation to the pathophysiology of disease to improve understanding of their rationale and the importance of polytherapy.
