Learning Objectives:
1. Develop plan for preoperative evaluation and surgical management of challenging cases
2. Describe current recommendations for diagnosis and management of high risk skin cancers
3. Develop strategies for collaborating with other specialties in the care of high risk tumors to improve outcomes
4. Understand methods to avoid surgical complications
5. Steps to deal with surgical complications
6. Learn methods to deal with excessive bleeding
7. Understand methods to deal with tight surgical wounds
8. Attendees will be able to observe the thinking process and planning of the management of tumors of the skin
9. Attendees will also be able to see and discuss different treatment methods, including the management of post-operative skin defects
10. Attendees will be taught alternative treatment methods for patients who are not surgically qualified
11. The prognosis of these challenging cases will be discussed
